Production & Laboratory

Petra Masterbatch was established in 2013 in the 5th Organized Industrial Zone of Gaziantep. Operating on a 40,000 m² site with 6,500 m² of enclosed production space, the facility has an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons.

In our modern mono-masterbatch production line, we process high-quality pigments sourced from globally renowned pigment manufacturers. These pigments offer high fastness, excellent dispersion, and low filter pressure characteristics. Through specialized production processes, they are compounded with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) polymer carrier systems according to their intended applications.

Production

Our production is carried out in four main product groups:

• Black Masterbatch

• White Masterbatch

• Color Masterbatch

• Additive Masterbatch

In addition to our standard product range, we manufacture tailor-made masterbatches with customized formulations developed according to the specific requirements of our customers. We also carry out mono-masterbatch production directly from pigments within our own facility.

Our masterbatches are used as key raw materials for the requirements of various industries, including carpet manufacturing, BCF & CF yarn, nonwoven fabrics, and plastics such as cables, injection molding, and film applications.

Laboratory

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with advanced technical measurement instruments, including a spectrophotometer. With our trained and experienced laboratory team, we carry out sample preparation and color-matching processes quickly and precisely.

Our quality control procedures are designed to cover every stage of production. We provide our customers with comprehensive technical support with the same level of care and attention both before and after the sale.

For the supply of raw materials, we cooperate with specialized domestic and international companies operating within their respective industries and use high-fastness pigments that comply with international standards.

Our products are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.
